ICEngineworks 1500 NP Series Turbo Manifold Cutting Systems

ICEngineworks 1500 NP Series cutting systems are specialized fabrication tools designed to help fabricators duplicate custom plastic turbo manifold mockups into actual 1 1/2 in. nominal pipe (NPS) metal elbows and pipes accurately.

Key features and components:

* Application: Built specifically for 1 1/2 in. nominal pipe size (NPS) components (such as Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 stainless steel weld elbows) featuring 1.5 in. and 2.25 in. centerline radii (CLR)
* Radial cutting plate (PIV1001): An aluminum base jig that aligns with the fence of a vertical band saw to guide safe, repeatable cuts
* Cutting spacers: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or matching profile blocks that securely index the plastic ICEngineworks modeling blocks to set the precise angle for the metal saw cut
* No math/measuring required: By transferring the snapped-together plastic layout index directly onto the cutting jig, you can saw metal pipes perpendicular to the tangent without manually calculating degrees or angles
