Enginetech Cam and Lifter Kits
Enginetech offers cam and lifter replacement kits for a wide range of applications, including many Chevrolet and Ford engines from 1957 and up. They're available in hydraulic flat tappet or hydraulic roller styles, as well as different intake/exhaust durations and valve lift ratios. A camshaft, in conjunction with lifters, is responsible for precisely opening and closing the engine's intake and exhaust valves at the correct time during the combustion cycle. This effectively controls the timing of air intake and exhaust gas expulsion by converting rotational motion into linear motion to activate the valves through the lifters. Upgrading your camshaft and lifters can be a great way to fine-tune engine performance, especially if you're looking for more power and faster acceleration. Order the kit recommended for your engine.
