Davis Unified Ignition GM Street One-Wire Alternators
Davis Unified Ignition GM Street one-wire alternators will make for a neat installation in your engine compartment. Simply connect one hot wire from the alternator to a positive battery connection, and you're energized to go! They reduce clutter in your engine bay by eliminating the ignition wire, and they give you one less wire to trace if something goes wrong with your charging system! These GM alternators can be connected to the positive side of the battery or the starter solenoid and are available in 60 to 140 amps for those power-hungry systems. Street one-wire alternators include a lightweight, 3 in., hard coat anodized aluminum pulley--as hard as steel, but lightweight--with an extra-deep groove to ensure belt retention.
