D.S.S. Competition Engine offers FX-Series forged 4032 aluminum alloy piston and ring kits for a wide range of Chevy engine applications from the 1960s and up. The pistons are available in flat top, dish, and dome styles—in countless size and performance options. For your convenience, these sets include corresponding piston rings for a turnkey installation.
FX-Series forged 4032 alloy pistons increase your horsepower potential without breaking the budget. Forged and machined with premium aircraft-quality 4032 alloy, the pistons are a great choice for naturally aspirated, nitrous or boosted engines with the added strength from the internal gussets. Additional CNC milling removes material in non-critical areas to achieve a lighter weight for the perfect balance of strength, power, and longevity. FX-Series pistons feature a patented X-Groove skirt design, which reduces damage caused by fuel wash down and break-in debris for superior skirt, cylinder, and ring life. For stroker engines, the advanced skirt design improves piston stability and ring seal which provides quieter operation. Order the set recommended for your year/make and engine application.
