DBA 4000 Series T3 Brake Rotors

DBA 4000 Series disc brake rotors are direct replacement single-piece brake rotors, designed for drivers seeking performance braking above and beyond standard OE levels. Cast from high-carbon alloyed iron, they undergo Thermal Stability Profiling to handle the increased stress and heat generated under intense braking applications, time and time again.

Available in several variants, DBA's T3 versions feature all the benefits of the 4000 Series plus their patented world renowned T3 bi-directional slotted design. Built on the foundations of DBA's T2 slot, the T3 slot design features additional, precise, CNC machined tri-symmetrical slots, resulting in an even quieter, more responsive, and smoother brake pedal feel. The T3 slot increases the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases to escape through, further increasing the consistency and effectiveness of every brake stop.

* Painted non friction areas to prevent rust and enhance appearance
* Symmetrical slotting for universal left/right use
* Heat treatment cycles re-align the microstructure of the iron, resulting in increased rotor stability and durability
* Paint markings change color at specific temperature thresholds to assist with the monitoring of braking temperatures and rotor fatigue
* Unique Kangaroo Paw vane design for up to 20 percent better heat dissipation, increasing braking effectiveness and prolonging brake life (as compared to a traditional straight vane design)
