This strut kit is universal. To make a complete 8-point roll cage, you will need to purchase the main hoop for your vehicle. This kit includes 2 56 in. door struts, a main hoop cross brace, 8 plates, 2 72 in. rear struts, 2 main hoop supports and 6 gussets.
Competition Engineering 8-Point Roll Bar Strut Kits
For a safe and secure cockpit protected against side impact, a Competition Engineering roll cage will get the job done. To build your own complete 8-point roll cage for Fox-body Mustang, Chevy, Dodge, and other applications, pair Competition Engineering’s C3000 8-point roll bar strut kit with an 8-point roll bar main hoop kit (sold separately). Containing the support pieces needed for your safety cage, each roll bar strut kit features two rear struts and two front door bars made of mild steel; a main hoop cross brace; six weld joint gussets; and eight mounting pads measuring 6 inches by 6 inches by 1/8 inch. Chromoly strut kits also are available.
