Centric Semi-Loaded Calipers

Centric semi-loaded calipers are remanufactured to meet their exacting standards--ensuring worry-free performance for the life of every caliper. Each Centric caliper is 100 percent pressure-tested and inspected to guarantee proper operation and fitment. Centric semi-loaded calipers include hardware and brackets where applicable.

Centric Parts industry-leading caliper remanufacturing includes:

* Each caliper core is inspected, identified, and disassembled
* Reusable components are re-inspected and cleaned
* Parts are tumble-blasted with steel shot to remove rust or scale and are as clean as new parts from the foundry
* All calipers are treated with an anti-corrosion finish
* Each caliper is thoroughly inspected before reassembly
* Threaded ports and bleeder holes are chased to eliminate cross threading and ensure leak-free performance
* All bores are brushed and cleaned to ensure proper fitment and performance of the new boots and seals
* Pistons, boots, and seals are installed using appropriate lubricant and according to OEM manufacturing specifications
* Every caliper is tested on Centric's custom testing equipment to ensure that it meets OE specifications right out of the box
* After testing, all caliper identities are confirmed
* Only then are they are boxed, labeled, and shipped
