COMP Cams Spark Plug Thread Chasers
Stripped spark plug holes are no fun to fix without the right tools. COMP Cams spark plug thread chasers renew damaged threads and allow for a firm seating of plugs. Unlike spark plug taps, thread chasers do not cut metal to avoid potential engine damage from filings. These quality tools have a durable construction with 13/16 in. hex design that prevents wobble, while the neoprene ring holds the heat-treated chaser snugly in your socket. The thread chasers are also double-ended and available in various thread sizes, including 14mm and 18mm, to accommodate different applications.
