BendPak EVS4500 EV Battery Lifts

The BendPak EVS4500 is a heavy-duty, battery-powered mobile scissor lift table specifically engineered to safely remove, transport, and install electric vehicle (EV) battery packs and powertrains.

Key features and specifications include:

* Lifting Capacity: Supports up to 4,500 lbs.
* Mobility: Easily transported anywhere in a multi-bay workshop or confined areas without being tethered to cords or air lines
* Power Source: Operates on a heavy-duty 12 V DC deep-cycle battery with an onboard charger and charge indicator
* Precision Controls: Lifts to over 6 ft. in under 20 seconds via a handheld remote pendant. It also features adjustable screw jacks that allow for roll, pitch, and yaw adjustments for perfectly leveling components during installation.
* Safety: Features an automatic multi-point safety lock system that engages as the table rises
* Specialized Surface: The table is topped with impact-resistant, insulating Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene. This provides a low-friction surface to easily shift heavy components around and prevents electrical grounding.
* Beyond EVs, the EVS4500 can be fitted with modular adapters to handle traditional internal combustion components like transmissions, drivetrains, and fuel tanks.
