Baja Designs XL80 LED Headlight Kits

Baja Designs XL80 LED headlight kits are built for riders who demand exceptional visibility and confidence after dark, featuring a high-performance optical system engineered for technical trails, fast singletrack, and open terrain. Developed in partnership with Motominded, this premium upgrade provides an expanded vertical and horizontal beam pattern that improves visibility through corners, elevation changes, and trail obstacles, while the included Trail Lens redistributes light from the center of the beam to near-field and peripheral areas for enhanced control in tight, technical riding conditions. Designed as a direct replacement, the kit features plug-and-play installation with an included connector, adjustable beam aiming, and Baja Designs' signature technologies including ClearView® optics, MoistureBlock® waterproof construction, CopperDrive® LED management, uService® replaceable lenses, and a 5000K daylight color temperature that reduces eye fatigue and improves terrain recognition. Baja Designs XL80 LED headlight kits are a race-proven lighting solution delivering outstanding performance, durability, and trail-focused illumination for riders who refuse to let darkness limit their adventures.
