The Atturo AZ850DR is the result of focused drag radial engineering, built for peak track performance.

This DOT-compliant tire is designed for rear axle applications and pairs perfectly with the AZ850—ideal for modern muscle cars and all four corners on performance AWD vehicles. The AZ850DR features extra-wide shoulder blocks and a wide center rib, delivering high grip during launch and stability throughout the entire 1320ft run.Now optimized for peak performance at lower temperatures, the AZ850DR reduces the need for long burnouts, helping drivers achieve better times faster. Its carcass is engineered to support the weight of modern muscle cars and withstand low-pressure launches, ensuring durability and speed.

Atturo AZ850DR Care & Use

The Atturo AZ850DR DOT drag radial is designed for maximum straight-line traction while remaining street legal. Proper break-in, air pressure tuning, temperature control, and storage are key to performance and longevity. Gradually heat-cycle new tires, allow full cool-down after initial use, and monitor grip as compounds harden over time. Run higher pressures for street driving and lower, carefully tuned pressures at the drag strip—always returning to street pressures after racing. Keep tires within safe temperature ranges, clean only with mild soap and water, avoid chemical treatments, and store unloaded in a cool, dark environment. Regular inspection and mindful use will ensure consistent launches, safety, and extended tire life.
