Ridetech 1968-74 Nova Complete HQ Series Coilover Systems

Ridetech 1968-74 Nova HQ Series coilover packages include everything you need to upgrade your existing suspension. They contain front upper and lower StrongArm control arms, tall spindles, a front sway bar, a rear 4-Link system, and one HQ Series coilover setup for every corner of your vehicle. These systems take all the guesswork out when purchasing a new suspension as Ridetech spent hours collecting data to find the perfect spring rate and components for your vehicle's performance and ride quality. Options include tall pin or hub spindles, components for models with or without the rear frame rails factory bump, and single or double bar adjustments (check the part number specifications). More product details and notes include:

* Tall pin spindles induce more negative camber gain to maximize tire contact in cornering, provide a 2 in. drop for longer shocks/more suspension travel, and are compatible with brake kits designed to fit stock disc brake spindles
* Hub spindles offer the same geometry improvements as the pin spindles with performance/simplicity/strength of late model C5-C7 Corvette hubs and consistent braking/reduced maintenance (hubs not included); compatible with C5/C6 brake systems (OE and aftermarket; caliper brackets included); requires minimum 17 in. wheels
* Upper StrongArms feature corrected ball joint angles for the tall spindles, upper ball joints moved back for additional caster setting (improves high-speed stability/steering), and injection-molded Delrin® bushings with 13 percent PTFE to reduce deflection/stiction (offset slugs for additional caster available separately)
* Lower StrongArms feature a double sheer lower mount for increased strength, dropped lower shock mount to increase suspension travel, relocated (forward) lower ball joint to increase caster settings while keeping the wheel centered in the wheel opening, and injection-molded Delrin® bushings with 13 percent PTFE to reduce deflection and stiction
* HQ Series coilovers utilize an impact-forged aluminum body and monotube design to deliver excellent ride quality and handling, allow fine-tuning of the ride quality and handling, and feature a rebound knob at the top of the shock for underhood access
* Front sway bar (with black anodized billet aluminum frame straps and low friction bushings) reduces body roll and creates room for wider front tires
* Ride-improving, bolt-on 4-link installation does not require any major modifications to the floor pan, requires only minimal welding to the axle tube, works with mini tubs, and features R-Joint rod ends that combine the best qualities of low friction movement, lateral stability, full range articulation, and quiet operation into one special bearing; available with standard bars (fixed lowers and single adjustable uppers) or double-adjustable bars (adjust the length without removing the bar end)
* Available addons/upgrades include the TruTurn System (compatible with both the pin-style and hub-style spindles), weld-on lower axle brackets (70010122; for aftermarket axle housing without stock style leaf spring pads; sold separately), and Ford 9 in. housing and axle packages (some may be custom orders; check part number specifications or call to check availability)
