ATS Diesel Performance Co-Pilot transmission controllers are an advanced plug-and-play performance controller designed to enhance drivability, durability, and transmission performance under demanding conditions. By dynamically monitoring operating inputs and automatically adjusting line pressure, clutch timing, and converter clutch engagement, the Co-Pilot helps reduce clutch slippage, improve power transfer, and deliver firmer, more consistent shifts when higher torque loads are present. During normal driving, it maintains comfortable shift characteristics, while under heavy load it increases hydraulic pressure for improved holding capacity and reliability. The system features an easy-to-install harness, an in-cab controller with real-time monitoring capabilities, and intelligent closed-loop pressure control that helps optimize transmission performance, efficiency, and longevity.
