All-Pro Expedition 2.0 rear leaf springs are developed as an all-around off-road suspension option with long-term expedition capabilities. Expedition-oriented products are a growing segment of the Toyota aftermarket. From rock crawlers to pre-runners, All-Pro Off-Road has always been at the forefront of development for Toyotas. So, the expedition products are a natural addition to its product line. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible and progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. Expedition leaf springs are designed to carry up to 1,000 lbs. consistently.
