Aeromotive 3.5 GPM brushless spur gear pump fuel cells help deliver ground-shaking performance with advanced technology featuring an aircraft-style filler cap, ORB-10 outlet, AN-08 baffled return, and roll-over protected AN-08 vent. This matches the fuel cell design used in the Ford Cobra Jet, Chevy COPO Camaro and many of the MOPAR Drag Pack cars with a baffled design that keeps fuel at the pump inlet and fluted pickup with an integrated pickup and 100-micron pre-filter. Additional features, items, and specifications include:
* Available in 6, 15, or 20-gallon capacities
* All models are 10 in. tall; the 6-gallon models are 12 x 12 in.; 15-gallon models are 20 x 18 in.; 20-gallon models are 20 x 24 in.
* All-aluminum construction with a natural finish
* Pumps are lighter than the traditional Pro-Series with reduced current draw at higher, EFI pressures
* Pumps have extended service life in methanol and ethanol and an integral spur-gear pumping mechanism
* Integral, external brushless controller for clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability
* Continuous 90 psi operating pressure and up to 150 psi peak pressure, base plus boost
* For 12-16 V negative ground setups, with 16 V requiring a voltage regulator or step-down to 12 V
* Not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers
* EFI rated flow of 1,250 lbs./hr. at 40 psi (13.5 V)
* Carburetor rated flow of 1,350 lbs./hr. at 9 psi (13.5 V)
* ORB-12 inlet (application specific)
* Fixed speed models are ideal for blow-through carbureted racing engines up to 2,000 hp (at the flywheel)
* Fixed speed models swappable to True Variable Speed (TVS) with 18047 retrofit kit
* Universal 0 to 90-ohm built-in fuel level sending unit (except 6-gallon models)
* Triple male wire threaded stud terminals
