Accepts all Romeo and Windsor valve covers plus most stock style Ford front covers (5.4L engines will need to use the smaller, 8mm 4.6L timing cover fasteners). All truck applications require the TFS-51954PSB Power Steering Reservoir Bracket. Includes single beehive type valve springs, 90 lbs. at 1.600 installed height. Will not work on high mount power steering applications (bolts to cylinder head). The power steering pump must bolt to the block, below the cylinder heads.

Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 185 Cylinder Heads for Ford 4.6L/5.4L 2V
Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 185 Series cylinder heads are the best aftermarket heads for mildly modified Ford 2V Modular engines. The heads feature Twisted Wedge combustion chambers and intake valves moved to the opposite side of the cam. These features provide dramatic increases in mid-lift airflow, piston-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-bore clearance for using higher lift cams and larger valves without altering bore size or flycutting pistons. Other exclusive features include Fast As Cast® runners that deliver near-CNC-ported airflow, CNC-profiled combustion chambers, OE PI-style intake inlets, patented replaceable cam bearing journals (no more junking heads because of bad cam bearings!), 3/4" thick decks, and 3/4"-reach spark plugs.
Trick Flow Twisted Wedge 185 heads fit all 2V Romeo and Windsor engines and accept all OE-style camshafts, followers, lash adjusters, valve covers, and most OE Ford front covers. The heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.
