Mounting flange contains extra holes that are used in the manufacturing process; These do not affect performance or reliability since LS intake manifolds use individual port seals rather than a traditional flat gasket. Includes runner o-rings, throttle body o-ring, and bolts. MAP sensor provision located on the rear of the intake.
