With a vehicle lifted for servicing, mechanics often need help to stabilize one end or to securely position and hold a part during installation--fuel tanks, drivetrains, exhaust components, transmissions, suspensions … even an engine. These Ranger stands are constructed from heavy steel with either a tripod or round base plate. Various height limits and weight capacities are available; and some units also include a foot pedal for vertical adjustments.
