The Rockford Fosgate M5-1500X5 IPX6 Element Ready Amplifiers are built rugged to go anywhere, featuring a refined design with preset setup, and audio performance to play all day. The M5 amp features a UV-stable, powdercoated, cast-aluminum heatsink to help prevent corrosion, while heavy-duty molded connectors protect wiring to keep out water and dirt. In fact, these M5 amplifiers earned their IPX6 water intrusion rating after being sprayed with 100 liters of water per minute from a distance of 10 ft. from all directions for at least 3 minutes.
