Pacific Performance Engineering Fuel Injector Hold Down Platforms

Pacific Performance Engineering fuel injector hold down platforms are small spacer and pivot pads used on 2001-16 GM 6.6L Duramax diesel engines. They're inserted into the head before installing the fuel injector hold down brackets.

* What they do:
-- Positioning: Sit directly in the cylinder head beneath the injector hold-down bracket/clamp
-- Support: Provide the solid, accurate surface/pivot needed to keep the fuel injector properly seated and sealed
-- Prevention: Stop micro-movement that causes fuel leaks, poor combustion, or loss of compression
* Additional notes:
-- Quantity: One platform is required per injector (8 total per V8 engine)
-- Common issue: These tiny pads are easily dropped, misplaced, or lost during injector service or engine assembly; keep replacements on hand
-- Sold as direct-fit replacements, ideal to swap out during routine injector teardowns
