Motorcraft RTV Silicone Sealant is a specially designed alkoxy-cure RTV sealant for high-temperature applications. It is a non-corrosive, high viscosity material which starts to cure in minutes. This RTV Silicone Sealant was developed by Ford, largely for their diesel engines, and performs exceptionally well on all Ford engines and any other internal combustion engine. Also a minor point, the gray color of this RTV Silicone Sealant matches the aluminum that now is prevalent on the major parts of engines.
