DEI Transmission Pan Heat Shields

DEI's transmission pan heat shields are designed to protect transmission fluid from excessive radiant heat, particularly from nearby exhaust pipes. They prevent heat soak, resulting in lower operating temperatures, improved performance, and extended component life for automatic transmissions. The shields are generally lightweight, and, in some cases, adhesive-backed for easy installation between the exhaust and the pan.
