BTR Small Bore LS9 Multilayer Head Gaskets
BTR small bore LS9 multilayer head gaskets can't be beat for performance and value, but traditionally, the smaller bore engines have had to make do with a head gasket bore 0.15 in. bigger than needed. By re-designing a smaller bore gasket, BTR increased the amount of gasket material between the bores another 0.15 in. for better durability. This is advantageous on small bore LS engines with higher cylinder pressures such as those found in power adder applications. These feature .055 in. thickness spread across 7 layers of steel.
