For replacing 700R with a TH350 (which must be 2WD version) with 6 in. tailshaft. Some modification of tailshaft may be required.
Advance Adapters 700R to TH350 Tailshaft Adapters
Advance Adapters offers 700R to TH350 tailshaft adapters designed for use when you're replacing a stock GM 700R transmission (which is 1.875 in. longer than the TH350). These aluminum adapter spacers, when used with a 6 in. tailhousing 2WD TH350 (15.5 in. O.A.L. output shaft length) should provide a direct replacement for the 700R4 transmission. The TH350 output shaft will require some trimming; however, this will allow you to install the TH350 without any driveshaft modifications.
