Yokohama ADVAN Sport V107 Tires

The ADVAN Sport V107 tire is Yokohama's Max Performance Summer tire developed for drivers with high-performance Sedans, CUVs and SUVs seeking a balance of confident performance and handling on wet or dry roads. Yokohama's Matrix Body Ply Structure Technology of the tire employs a rayon body ply that is angled in the sidewalls to maintain lateral rigidity, while reducing weight for agile handling and a comfortable ride. Two rigid steel belts are reinforced by a single polyamide reinforcement cap ply. The tires are molded into an asymmetric tread design featuring an Ultra-Microsilica tread compound for enhanced adhesion. Newly shaped silent sipes suppress ambient noise, and a wide footprint and high rigidity outboard shoulder blocks work together with solid circumferential ribs for high-speed steering precision and dry cornering grip. Variable width circumferential grooves work together to evacuate water from the footprint for effective hydroplaning resistance.
