VP Racing Classic GL-4 gear oil is an API GL-4 lubricant designed for use with 'yellow metals' in synchronizers, thrust washers, bushings, and other components typically found in classic manual transmissions and transaxles.
Additional product features:
* Clings to metal components for improving viscosity
* Adds a balance of multiple anti-wear chemistries beyond ZDDP into the oil that adhere to metal surfaces to create a protection layer
* Adds unique friction modifiers that reduce fluid-to-fluid friction—and surface friction between the oil and moving metal components to unlock horsepower and torque
