Top Street Performance Crankshaft Pilot Extensions
Top Street Performance crankshaft pilot extensions (flexplate adapter sleeves) support GM LS Gen III/IV engine swap combinations that use an earlier GM automatic transmission and matching torque converter setup. The steel construction and included mounting hardware help establish the correct crankshaft-to-converter spacing for the transmission combinations. Use the extensions when the LS crankshaft, flexplate, torque converter, and transmission require added spacing for proper converter pilot engagement.
Additional notes:
* Built for TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60, 4L60E, and 4L85E transmission combinations, where applicable
* Useful for LS swap driveline setup, flexplate service, and transmission conversion work
* Comes equipped with a built-in neoprene seal
* Bridges the physical gap between the shorter LS crankshaft flange and the longer torque converter snout of older GM transmissions, providing proper pilot hub engagement
