Summit Racing™ Quick Change LS Valve Spring Compressor
Perform on-engine LS valve spring changes faster and with less effort using our Patent Pending Quick Change LS Valve Spring Compressor. Designed for engine builders, performance shops, and serious enthusiasts, this tool mounts directly to the factory rocker stand bolt locations, allowing you to move quickly from valve to valve without constantly repositioning the compressor.
After removing the valve cover, rocker arms, and rocker stands, simply install the fixture using the end rocker stand bolt holes, pressurize the cylinder, and begin working across the cylinder head. Rotate the compressor arm using either a 19 mm (3/4 in.) wrench on the hex shaft or a 3/8 in. ratchet inserted into either end of the shaft. The adjustable compressor foot provides smooth, controlled valve spring compression for quick keeper removal and installation. An integrated locking pin holds the compressor in the open position, making keeper installation and removal even easier.
