That's why Rugged Ridge engineered these hitch receiver skid plates from an incredibly strong 1/4 in. steel plate so they brush off severe impacts without skipping a beat. The skid plate assemblies fit any standard 2 in. receiver and feature a built-in step granting convenient access to truck beds, cargo areas, or roof-mounted racks. Finished with a lightly textured black powdercoat, the hitch skid plates are designed to protect the hitch and rear undercarriage from off-road damage. They look at home on the pavement and in the backwoods, with a design that functions flawlessly in any terrain.
