Overview

Rough Country Steering Blocks

Rough Country's steering blocks offer several potential benefits, particularly for vehicles with a 4 in. to 6 in. lifted suspension. These steering block components are designed to help maintain proper draglink alignment, optimum turning radius and can reduce steering vibrations. They can also provide increased ground clearance, which is especially beneficial for off-roading or for when using larger tires on the vehicle.

Some key features and benefits of using Rough Country's steering blocks include:

* Helps maintain proper draglink alignment, particularly on vehicle's with a lifted suspension
* Optimizes turning radius—by restoring proper draglink alignment, the steering blocks help maintain the vehicle's turning radius, preventing it from becoming wider or more difficult to maneuver after a lift
* Helps reduce steering vibrations—incorrect steering geometry can lead to unwanted vibrations in the steering wheel and overall vehicle. The steering blocks help to minimize these vibrations by ensuring proper alignment and a snug fit of the steering components
* Helps reduce or eliminate bump steer issues by correcting the steering linkage geometry

Important Note: It's important to remember that Rough Country recommends professional installation for lift systems, including those incorporating steering blocks, to ensure proper functioning and safety.
