Overview

Rough Country Tailgate Reinforcement Brackets

Larger wheels and tires can put extra stress on your vehicle's swing-out rear gate, especially when traveling over uneven terrain.

Rough Country tailgate reinforcement brackets fortify this crucial area to run a larger spare wheel and tire. The reinforcement plate ties the hinge and spare tire mounting points together for increased strength and rigidity, resulting in less strain on your tire carrier and hinges and prolonging the lifespan of your rear swing-out gate. Rough Country tailgate brackets feature durable, solid-steel construction with a powdercoated black finish for added durability and lasting good looks. They work with factory spare tire carriers or Rough Country aftermarket spare tire carrier kits. Choose the reinforcement brackets designed for your vehicle.
