Portable file belt sanders and airfile belt sanders have replaced tedious hand filing and sanding. Norton BlueFire cloth file sanding belts can be used for light weld removal, shape and contour sanding, surface preparation, general clean-up, and finishing. These narrow-width sanding belts are suitable for a wide selection of airfile belt sanders. Each belt is made with high performance self-sharpening Zirconia Alumina abrasive grain, which improves cut rate and life by 15 percent. BlueFire belts have a flexible, X-weight polyester backing. They can be used in the heavy-duty stock removal applications on carbon steel and stainless steel.
