Moroso impact wire crimp tools are for use with battery and starter cables and connectors to provide nice and tight crimps. The crimp tools make a challenging task easier with a cushioned handle, hardened steel frame, and precision-gauge jaws for worry-free, professional-grade crimping.
Key features:
* Durable construction
* Crimps 8-gauge thru 4/0 AWG gauge terminals and lugs to battery cables, and other thicker power cables such as starters
* Takes the guess work out of creating secure, neat crimps
* Spring-loaded pin locks in "up" position for loading connector and cable and firmly holds during crimping process
* Dead blow hammer is recommended over a claw hammer for best results or can be used in a vise
