This kit includes 6 studs with 12-point nuts for the pan rail and 4 longer studs with Allen head nuts for the investment-cast end caps found on Moroso's oil pans.
Moroso Oil Pan Stud Kits
Moroso oil pan stud kits make pan installation easy and prolong gasket life. Locking nuts feature attached washers with serrated faces to provide a positive grip on the pan rail. The studs are made of heat-treated Grade 8 steel with black oxide finish, and cadmium and zinc plated nuts. These are also available in a bullet nose version which are rounded on one end for easier starting of oil pan mounting nuts.
