Special Attention:
Designed to accept stock plastic reservoir (not included) that mounts directly to the inlet. Pump has 0.662 in. shaft with no keyway and uses two 5/16 through bolt mounts. Pump has 3 gal/min flow rate, 1250-1350 psi for use with GM power steering boxes and rack and pinion. For Mustang II rack and pinion, use with low flow control valve LSS-GM5027.
Modern Classic Series GM Type 2 Power Steering Pumps
Modern Classic Series GM Type 2 power steering pumps help you achieve that vintage look on your LS engine-swapped classic. Intended as replacements for pumps supplied in Modern Classic accessory drive kits, they can also run with a stock plastic reservoir (not included) that mounts directly to the inlet in other applications. If you're running a Mustang II rack and pinion, use these with Modern Classic Series flow control valves. They deliver constant flow under operating pressures.
Modern Classic Series GM Type 2 power steering pump features include:
* 0.662 in. shaft diameter with no keyway
* Two 5/16 in. through-bolt mounting holes
* 3 gpm flow rate at 1,250 to 1,350 psi
* For use with GM power steering gearboxes and rack and pinion
