Kirkey 38 Series Aluminum Standard Layback Seats
Kirkey 38 Series aluminum standard layback seats offer great value for amateur racers who demand the best in safety and comfort. They feature a unique bottom design allowing them to be mounted in multiple layback angles (10 to 20 degrees) without raising the center of gravity in your race car. They're constructed with TIG- and MIG-welded, 0.100 in. thick, 5052 grade aluminum (with extra MIG-welding on the inside). Offset aluminum extrusions around the perimeter of the seat add strength and enhance safety. The seats are available in 6 widths, including their 20 in. Big Boy.
Kirkey 38 Series seats feature:
* Engineered with bolt-on rib braces and a welded interior head rest plate for additional strength
* Raised seat front for leg and thigh support
* Standard with lap belt openings, double-shoulder belt openings, and sub-belt opening to accommodate all belt systems
* Molded rubber inserts for all seat belt openings
