ICEngineworks 2500 FE Series Full Exhaust Cutting Systems
ICEngineworks 2500 FE Series full exhaust cutting systems provide a specialized aluminum cutting jig and matching spacers for fabricating 2 1/2 O.D. custom exhaust systems.
* System overview:
-- Purpose: Replicates 3-D plastic exhaust models into precise metal tube cuts using a vertical band saw
-- Compatibility: Built for 2 1/2 in. O.D. tubing and pairs with the 2500 FE Series modeling blocks
* Included components:
-- Radial cutting plate (PIV1002 style pivoting table attachment)
-- HDPE tube cutting spacers for 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 in. centerline radii (CLR)
-- Cutting system instruction guide
* How it works:
-- Model: Design your layout using 2500 FE plastic snap-together blocks and record dimensions on control sheets
-- Align: Place an equivalent plastic block section onto the pivoting cutting table around the matching CLR spacer
-- Cut: Adjust the saw fence, swap the plastic model piece for an actual metal U-bend or J-bend, and feed it into the band saw blade for a precise cut
