ICEngineworks 2500 FE Series modeling block add-on kits are modular expansion packs of physical plastic blocks designed to help fabricators prototype custom 2 1/2 in. O.D. exhaust systems, turbo downpipes, intercooler piping, or cold-air intakes.

* System Expansion: These add-on packs (typically sold in quantities of 20 or 40 pieces) supplement an existing master ICEngineworks basic or pro fabrication kit. They allow you to extend your physical 3-D mock-up, add longer straight runs, or incorporate more of a specific bend radius without running out of parts
* Size and Specs: The "2500" designation indicates a 2 1/2 in. O.D. sizing meant to simulate standard full-exhaust or large-diameter tubing. The blocks are molded from durable ABS plastic and are available in specific configurations—such as 1 in. or 5 in. straight sections, or 15-degree corner segments featuring various centerline radii (CLR) like 3, 3.5, 4, or 5 in.
* How It Works: The interlocking blocks snap together and rotate freely, letting builders physically route piping around tight engine bays or vehicle chassis obstacles in real time. Once the mock-up layout is finalized, the physical shape acts as a direct blueprint and cut-list guide for cutting and welding real metal or aluminum tubing, drastically reducing material waste and fabrication guesswork
