ICEngineworks 2250 EH Series Exhaust Header Fabrication Systems

ICEngineworks 2250 EH Series fabrication systems contain modular physical modeling components that help builders design custom 2 1/4 in. O.D. exhaust headers.

* Core design and features:
-- 2 1/4 in. O.D. sizing: The "2250" designation means the system is built specifically for tubing with a 2.250 in. O.D.
-- 1 in. modular blocks: The red plastic modeling blocks snap and rotate together to map out header primary runners. Each block represents exactly 1 in. of arc length along the centerline, making it easy to calculate precise runner lengths for engine tuning
-- Radius variety: Includes straight sections plus 3, 4, and 6 in. centerline radius (CLR) curved shapes to mimic standard mandrel bends

How the system works:
-- Mock-up: Snap the interlocking blocks together directly in the engine bay to route primary pipes around steering shafts, frame rails, and other tight obstacles
* Translate to metal: Disassemble the plastic mock-up and use the included cutting jigs, radial plates, and spacers as a physical template to cut actual metal U-bends or J-bends accurately
* Clamp and weld: Use specialized tack-welding clamps to hold the cut metal segments together for a precise fit before final welding
