Eddie Marine's EMI Thunder exhaust system for 496 Chevy with +3 in. taller high performance risers is their best performing system yet! They feature Thunder manifolds with integral water-cooled exhaust dividers and large individual runners for maximum horsepower gains. They're topped with long stainless steel high-flow risers (a must with high performance camshafts to prevent reversion—water ingestion). These systems are direct replacements for many stock Mercruiser 496 manifolds, and the risers are a 3 in. taller version to replace some Merc manifolds using a spacer. The Eddie Marine EMI Thunder manifolds are hardcoat anodized (except polished version) to military spec to prevent corrosion—and come standard with black Fusioncoat finish, with optional finish colors available.
