Dinan carbon fiber air intake systems force-feed the engine with greater volumes of cool, oxygen-rich air for substantial power gains. These kits are so effective that the carbon fiber inlet air temperature is a full 40 degrees F cooler than the incoming air from the stock inlet. Due to the increased airflow, the power-curve is extended into the higher rpm for a noticeable change. Dinan carbon fiber air intake systems are direct replacements for the factory air box lid. They employ a hand-crafted carbon fiber unit--including a secondary carbon fiber intake tube that captures cool air from the lower grill.
