Overview

Crushproof Tubing Company Dyno Exhaust Hoses

Crushproof Tubing Company dyno exhaust hoses are heavy-duty, highly flexible rubber hoses designed to safely extract hazardous emissions during high-heat dynamometer testing. Made with a specialized rubber blend and thick walls, they can withstand exhaust temperatures of up to 700 degrees F when used with a fan-assisted system.

Additional details:

* High heat resistance: Specifically formulated for extreme dyno temperatures, significantly outperforming standard garage exhaust hoses
* Crushproof design: Manufactured without an internal wire helix, allowing the hose to completely spring back to its original shape if accidentally driven over or crushed by heavy equipment
* Ultra-flexible: Highly maneuverable, making it easy to route from the tailpipe to your exhaust extraction system in tight testing spaces
* Sensor-compatible: Designed to be used with specialized adapters that feature built-in ports for inserting sensors and probes during testing
* Common applications:
-- Professional engine diagnostic and tuning shops
-- Automotive performance and research facilities
-- Dynamometer (dyno) testing where engines run under high loads for extended periods
