COMP Cams EZ Valve Lash Wrenches

COMP Cams EZ valve lash wrenches are specialized, dual-purpose mechanics tools used to adjust the valve lash on high performance pushrod engines. They allow a user to simultaneously stabilize the Allen hex key and rotate the Polylock-style adjusting nut, making the adjustment process much faster and more accurate. The wrenches are constructed from high-quality 17-4 stainless steel, heat-treated, and electropolished for a smooth, satin finish.

How the tools work:

* Setting valve lash requires adjusting the clearance between the rocker arm and the valve tip. Traditionally, this requires multiple tools: one to hold the Polylock nut in place and an Allen wrench to tighten the set screw inside it, which often requires a third hand. The EZ valve lash wrench combines these functions into a single handled unit:
* Outer Wrench: Slips directly over the Polylock nut so you can dial in the clearance
* Integrated T-handle/Hex: Passes directly through the center of the wrench, allowing you to easily lock down the set screw without the nut moving out of position
