Boss Hog Outlaw Flexplates

Flexplates serve as crucial links between engine and automatic transmission, connecting the engine's crankshaft to the torque converter, then transmitting power to the transmission. They're designed to flex, allowing the torque converter to float and absorb engine vibrations, preventing potential damage to the transmission. Installing a higher stall torque converter, or making an improvement that increases your engine's horsepower or torque, requires a flexplate upgrade as well.
