The Baileigh Industrial benchtop welding positioner's integrated chuck makes welding of round tubing, pipe, or solids, easy and effortless. The rotational chuck mounted on a steel plate reduces vibrations and allows it to be placed on any bend and adjusted to the correct height to relieve stress and fatigue. The chuck operates of 110 V of power and is variable speed—which can be adjusted from 0-6 rpm with the use of the foot pedal, or possibly be locked in at a set speed from the control panel. This self-contained benchtop welding positioner can be taken to a jobsite with no external grounding necessary. Just put your ground clamp on the ground peg, plug in the machine to power source, and turn it on. The foot pedal control offers hands-free operation while welding, grinding, or brazing.
