AFCO Racing 89 Series Monotube Gas Shocks

AFCO Racing 89 Series monotube gas shocks were specifically developed to bring optimum performance, quality, and tunability to the Modified racing market. The shocks incorporate flow-matched billet aluminum pistons and base valves that were developed in-house using 5-axis CNC machining technology and EMA dyno capability. AFCO 89 Series shocks are called "bulb" shocks, referring to the steel gas reservoir that has been weight and size optimized for better fit without increasing pressure gain. They also employ a Shrader valve, as well as a piston and base valve that were developed together to minimize hysteresis. The AFCO Racing 89 Series monotube gas shocks also utilize premium quality hardware and shims for a balanced response.
