Aeromotive Diesel Lift Pumps

Aeromotive diesel lift pumps are engineered to solve common diesel lift pump issues with a flow-through design that eliminates the shaft seal, removing a frequent failure and leak point. A brushless motor improves performance and service life, while the single-filter design helps simplify maintenance and reduce costs. Each pump includes a Caterpillar filter for fine particulate protection, and the standard-sized filter head thread lets users choose other compatible filters. The baffle kit and 3/4 in. draw straw solves the 1/4 tank (low fuel level) issues commonly plaguing lift pump systems, with the draw straw reducing the amount of vacuum the pump generates by reducing the amount of air introduced to the fuel. Their brushless motor draws up to 33 percent less current and delivers up to twice the life expectancy, and the true diaphragm adjustable regulator is engineered to provide the best pressure control.
