The Street Performance valve springs beehive design reduces valvetrain mass compared to conventional springs, reducing harmful harmonics and vibrations for improved control at high engine speeds. The advanced ovate wire profile places additional material where stress levels are at their highest, improving load handling and heat dissipation.

COMP Cams builds the springs from super-clean premium wire and precision heat treats them to guarantee exact spring rates. To maximize longevity, the springs are multi-peened and polished, then given COMP Cams’ Ultra-Peen surface treatment for fatigue resistance and reliability under extreme use.
