Trail-Gear Classic Front Lift Kits
Trail-Gear Classic front lift kits are designed for first generation 1979-85 factory solid axle Toyota trucks and 4Runners. They include super flexible leaf springs, long-travel shocks, and high-steer crossover steering--all of which combine to bring you up to 20 in. of articulation for serious rock crawling ability. The kits are available in a choice of lifts, and depending on the specific tires and wheels, will accommodate 35 in. to 40 in. tires. Available heavy-duty versions have higher spring rates. Trail-Gear also added a 7th leaf and readjusted the length of the leaves to match. If you are running a larger V6 or a V8, you will appreciate the extra weight-carrying capacity of these springs. Trail-Gear Classic front lift kits include: * Front spring hanger with bolts and bushings * Front leaf springs with bushings * Greasable shackles * Two Bilstein shocks * Two shock hoops with gussets * U-bolt flip kit * Two extended front brake lines * High-steer crossover steering * Steering stabilizer kit * Small differential armor * Upper axle gusset * Knuckle rebuild kit * Two wheel bearing kits * Bump stops * Spring pad * Instructions

Trail-Gear Rock Assault Front Axle Housings
Trail-Gear Rock Assault front axle housings give you clearance to go where you want and the muscle to do it! Their strength comes from heavy-duty, press-formed, 1/4 in. plate steel center sections; 1/2 in. plate steel differential mounting surfaces; 5/16 in. thick 1020 DOM axle tubes; and forged 1035 steel knuckle balls. Trail-Gear's knuckle balls are stronger than stock, so there are no worries of them becoming closed or bent. And, the thicker differential mounting surface ensures that the studs cannot pull out, even under heavy loads. Trail-Gear's design—offset tubes and shaved center section—provides you with added clearance to climb the high country. Plus, since housings are precision-aligned with computer imaging, you can rest assured they're 100 percent straight and true. You have a choice of bare tubes, or with spring perches installed—or 3-link ready with a panhard bracket included. You're equipped to attack any terrain with Trail-Gear Rock Assault front axle housings.

Trail-Gear Trail-Creeper 2.28 Crawl Boxes
Trail-Gear offers Trail-Creeper 2.28 crawl boxes—ready to bolt onto the front of a top shift-style, gear driven Toyota transfer case. Transfer cases are made from two basic sections, the reduction section and the 4WD section. To build a dual transfer case, two reductions boxes are bolted back-to-back with a dual case adapter. These two are then bolted to a 4WD section. Available with 21 or 23 spline input and output gears, each unit is completely rebuilt and inspected, and has a low range gear ratio of 2.28. Whether you're looking to maintain, optimize, or upgrade, choose Trail-Gear for the quality parts and kit components that you need to give you confidence while driving through even the most difficult obstacles. Important Note: Floorboard and drive shaft modifications are required for dual transfer case installation.
