Detroit Speed SpeedMAX Front Suspension Packages

Detroit Speed SpeedMAX front suspension packages are designed with no compromises and exclusive DSE suspension geometry for superior handing and ride quality at a lowered ride height. These kits are 100 percent bolt-on front suspension systems, based on the later model GMT800 Silverado truck applications. Kits include DSE forged aluminum uprights with modern truck hub pack wheel bearings. These kits can be installed in stock location or 1 in. forward for improved wheel and fender alignment. the DSE "Detroit Tuned" aluminum body coilover shocks and springs allow for ride height adjustment and spring rate tuning without having to disassemble the control arms. Body panels and engine do not need to be removed for installation of these SpeedMAX suspension kits. Additional product details: * Packages are offered with single adjustable, double-adjustable, or non-adjustable shocks (please specify application needed when ordering) * Body panels and engine do not need to be removed for installation * Features "Detroit Tuned" GMT800 rack and pinion steering * Includes sway bar with improved design/rate over optional factory bar using polyurethane bushings and low friction modern aluminum end links (uses tubular upper and lower control arms with Delrin bushings that are designed for trucks) *Features ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron) upper shock bracket that uses a heat-treated, high strength cast iron for fatigue strength and wear resistance * Stainless steel upper control arm cross shafts feature caster tuner bushings

Heidts 1973-87 Chevy C10 Superide II Independent Front Suspension Kits

Enjoy driving your fat-fendered cruiser with the smooth ride and handling of independent suspension. Heidts Superide II independent front suspension kits utilize a Mustang II spindle to allow for a front mount rack and pinion unit, making engine installation much easier. The upper control arms use threaded adjusters for the wheel alignment. Unlike eccentric adjusters, they will never slip or lose alignment when hitting bumps in the road. Dozens of packages are available for applications from 1935 and up.
